Organizational innovations and crisis management have many commonalities. A crisis can take on a variety of forms. A crisis can force a company out of business if it is not handled effectively. The overall goal is to study to investigate the influence of organizational innovations on crisis management at Kenya's Safaricom PLC. The specific objectives were to: determine the influence of top management leadership innovation for innovation on crisis management; establish the influence of product innovations on crisis management; find out the influence of market innovations on crisis management; and determine the influence of process innovations on crisis management at Safaricom PLC Kenya. This study is supported by both the resource- based view theory and the dynamic capability theory. The study's target population consisted of 111 Safaricom Kenya workers from various departments. Thirty three employees, or 30% of the target group, made up the study sample. A structured questionnaire served as the study's data-collecting tool. The data was coded and then examined using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 25 application. The data were examined using both descriptive statistics (frequency, means, and percentages) and inferential statistics such as regression analysis. In order to display the findings, graphs, and tables were used. The study found that senior management commitment or leadership did not substantially predict effective crisis management. Product innovation was shown to be a highly significant antecedent of crisis management. Process innovations contributors to crisis management. The research also revealed that market innovations were strong crisis management predictors. Following these findings, the study is recommended as follows. The senior management team should think about putting measures in place to make sure that crisis management practices that encourage innovations are promoted and used. The senior management group at Safaricom PLC has to consider investing in research and development (R & D) in order to create effective product innovation strategies that concentrate on enhancing product performance and product quality in times of crisis. In order to improve effective crisis management, the management of Safaricom PLC might think about conducting update training for its process innovation personnel. The management of Safaricom PLC should consider strengthening the market innovation strategy. Market innovators need to be empowered so as to be able to critically analyze the causes of the existing equilibrium during crisis and carefully deconstruct it. The research can assist Safaricom Kenya Limited in developing long-term planning policies.en_US
