The findings revealed that proactive customer-centric Strategy had a significant positive influence on performance (p = 0.001). Conversely, staffing Strategy showed no significant effect on performance (p = 0.905). Companies employing technology innovation Strategy significantly improved performance (p=0.001). Operational excellence significantly influenced performance (p=0.001). The study concluded that customer–centric Strategy, innovation Strategy, and operational excellence Strategy significantly influenced the performance of solar companies. However, staffing Strategy did not significantly influence the performance of solar companies. Study recommends for adoption of customer-centric Strategy by integrating feedback, offering personalized solutions, and addressing complaints. Firms should embrace innovation Strategy, including adopting new solar technologies and securing intellectual property rights. Integration of smart-grid systems and AI-powered energy management is encouraged for product enhancement. Current staffing Strategy need revision to improve performance, focusing on training, succession planning, and talent retention.en_US
